breakfast Blueberry Pancakes 1/4 cup whole grain pancake mix1/4 cup blueberries1/4 cup water 2 T Greek yogurt1 T sugar free syrupMix first three ingredients together- cook pancake in frying pan sprayed with cooking spray.  Top with yogurt and syrup.  A surprising yummy combination!  (For my meal plan, added a protein shake).
