Challenge Update – Week Two Phase Three

Back to my all time low this week – a real relief to have my “holiday” weight gain gone.  Have been wearing things of late that I have not been able to wear since I was 10 pounds less than I am now.  Says a lot to me that it really is about WHAT you eat and including both weight training and cardio in your routine.  I am not seeing huge losses now, but am amazed at how far I have come and how much better I feel.  So grateful I got started when I did.  Can’t wait to see what my one-year make brings.  Onward and upward!  Have a great week and for heaven’s sake – get off your rear end and get moving!!!!!!!  Trust me, you will thank me for the swift kick later…..  :))
