3 T cream of rice
1/4 diced apple
1/2 tsp sugar-free apple cider powder
about 1 cup water

Combine all ingredients in a microwavable bowl (go large so it does not boil over). I usually microwave about 2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds or so.
