Pumpkin Waffles

2 T plain canned pumpkin
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/4 cup whole-grain pancake mix

2 T sugar free syrup


Blend all ingredients and cook in a fry pan sprayed with cooking spray.  Top with syrup.
