1 scoop protein powder
1/2 T plain cocoa powder
4 large frozen strawberries

1/3 cup multi-grain cold cereal (like Kashi Heart to Heart)
1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese
Blend all ingredients in a blender and drink up (I add a bit of ice and water too)! (Can stir cereal in after blending if you want a bit of crunch) – I prefer to blend it all together.
