Blueberry Shake

1 1/2 scoops protein powder
2 T oats
1/4 cup plain canned pumpkin
1/3 cup blueberries
6 ice cubes
1/2 cup water


Combine and blend all ingredients together to desired shake consistency.  Yummy!!!  Made it substituting frozen strawberries for the blueberries some mornings – awesome!
