1 scoop protein powder

1/2 tsp. vanilla
3/4 cup Multi-grain Cheerios
1/2 cup skim milk
1 T cocoa
1/8 tsp mint extract
Blend all together to create smoothie. NOTE: cereal can be stirred in for a bit of crunch if desired. I prefer it all blended together. Don’t over-do the mint – it is strong!!!!!
