2/3 cup low fat cottage cheese
6 large strawberries (I use frozen for this as it thickens the shake)
1 tsp Crystal Light
1 packet Stevia sweetener
1 1/2 low sugar rice cakes
Put all in blender and whirl until smooth. Delish!
