Pumpkin Creme

1 scoop protein powder
1/4 cup plain canned pumpkin
1/3 cup oats
1/3 cup skim milk
1/2 tsp pumpkin spice

Blend all ingredients with ice and water to desired consistency.  Very good flavor!
