1/2 cup cooked brown rice
1/2 cup mixed berries
Stevia
1/2 egg yolk
4 egg whites
Blend eggs with Stevia. Pour eggs in large frying pan sprayed with cooking spray. Stir in berries and brown rice as eggs are cooking. Fry in pan until eggs are thoroughly cooked.
