I needed to make this the other day and was shocked to find it was not on my blog! This is so light and fruity and just plain delicious! Makes a ton, so it feeds a crowd! Fantatic for summer parties!
Ingredients:
2 1/2 gallon raspberry sherbet
1 1/2 galloon pineapple sherbet
2 12 oz pkgs frozen raspberries, partially thawed
1 lg can crushed pineapple, drained
8-10 bananas, quartered
Let sherbet soften and mix all ingredients together. Refreeze. Let sherbet thaw for about 15-20 minutes prior to serving. Great served with a pretty wafer sticking out the top.
