Copy-Cat Cracker Barrel Pancakes
I recommend using actual buttermilk for this recipe. However, you can still make these pancakes, by using this buttermilk substitute: 1 T lemon juice to 1 cup milk – let sit 5 minutes before using. The pancake recipe I usually use is very heavy (delicious though!) and these are super light and fluffy! Haven’t tried the blueberries, but will next time I make them – I am sure it will only make them better! Enjoy!!!!!!
