1/2 cup oats
1/4 cup low fat cottage cheese
1 T protein powder
2 egg whites
1/4 banana
2 T sugar-free syrup
Blend all ingredients except syrup in blender. Cook in fry pan sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat. Top with syrup and cinnamon. Yummy!
