2 cups flour, plus 3 T
3/4 tsp baking soda
3/4 tsp salt
3/4 cup butter, softened
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 large egg
3/4 tsp vanilla
1 7 oz jar macadamia nuts, chopped
8 oz milk chocolate, melted and slightly cooled
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9X13″ pan with non-stick cooking spray. In a large bowl, whisk together 2 cups of the flour, baking soda, and salt. With floured fingers, press remaining dough evenly over the bottom of prepared pan. Spread melted chocolate over dough. With hands, mix remaining nuts and the 3 T flour into reserved 1/2 cup dough; crumble nut mixture evenly over chocolate. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until golden. Let cool before cutting.
