5 oz white fish (I like talapia)
1/3 cup brown rice
2 T salsa (see my recipe for salsa)
1 T fat free sour cream
1/4 avocado
Cook fish (I use a George Foreman grill). Top fish with remaining ingredients. Tastes like fish tacos! Very good!
