Chicken Salad

4 cups cooked, cubed chicken (3-4 breasts)
2 1/2 cups large uncooked pasta shells, cook and drain
2 cups red grapes
1/4 cup sliced green onion
2 cups diced celery
2 cups diced red delicious apples
1 small can crushed pineapple, drained well


Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.  Add 1 1/2 cups cashews and dressing.  Serves 18-20.


Dressing:
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup Kraft Cole Slaw dressing


Serve on a red lettuce leaf if desired.


NOTE:  Sounds like a strange combination of ingredients, but is super yummy!  We did this for a family reunion last summer and even the kids loved it!
