Fabulous Fruit Dip

by Shelly Mathie

8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup sour cream
1/3 cup powdered sugar
1/2-1 tsp almond extract

Beat all ingredients with electric mixer – if you let it beat for several minutes it will get nice and fluffy.  Great served with a variety of fruit for dipping.  My favorite is strawberries!
